The process of state building after protracted conflict entails both establishing structures of government based on the rule of law as well as implementing a bottom-up process of building the legitimacy of these structures at all levels. Such legitimacy is essential in order for the process to be viable and sustainable. There are active 11 women groups in Puntland dedicated for culture promotion and produce very attractive locally made home appliances such as those used for milking, sleeping mats and other valuable items. The cultural productions are strongly interested and has a market but unfortunately, they are not known by all Somalis. The exhibition of their products could help these women groups to show the public about their potential skills and productions. Furthermore, these women groups with skilled members on production of cultural items are interesting to pass such skills to younger women but there is no a platform where they can showcase such productive skills………..
