Conflict of Interest Policy
Conflict of Interest Policy is to promote honest and ethical behaviour at Bareedo Platform through full disclosure of actual and potential conflicts of interest and the establishment of procedures to resolve such conflicts fairly and transparently. The Conflict of Interest Policy applies to the managers, officers, employees and suppliers.
Financial Policy
Proper financial practices are very important to us, since proper practices help to prevent and detect errors and fraud. Good financial practices also assure our donors that we use their gifts, grants and assistance for the purposes for which they were intended.
Procurement Policy
The purchase of goods and services is necessary for the smooth operation of the organisation. The aim of the internal control system for the supplying of goods and services is to ensure orders are handled by individuals having skills in evaluating what purchases are required from suppliers offering the best deals, to ensure purchases made do not exceed the budget provided and to ensure purchased goods and services conform with the quantity and price specified in the order.

Asset Control Procedure
To carry out its activities, the organizations needs material resources. The quality of these resources is dependent upon how they are used. Material resources are in large part durable goods, which need to be well-managed to be maintained in good condition. These goods include stationary, tables, chairs, shelves, computers and related accessories. As a nonprofit organisation, we are committed to protecting and using our assets for our nonprofit mission.
Staff Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct is intended to serve as an illustrative guide for our staff to make ethical decisions in their professional lives, and at times in their private lives. It is a moral code that does not have the force of law. It is designed to assist our staff to better understand the obligations of good conduct in order to maintain good standards of human rights in execution of mandated duties.
